julibd (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the agreement between julibd and its users ("you", "member").

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form a complete legal framework. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, these Terms shall take precedence.

2.1 Registration Process

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

julibd may at any time ask you to submit the following documents for identity verification:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the registered mobile number
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)

Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing credentials with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create and use an account on julibd:

• You must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on julibd can be made via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total of ৳2,000 in your account. Depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — giving a total of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount must be multiplied by 25 to determine the total amount that needs to be wagered. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once per person, household, device, or payment method.
• Wagers placed with bonus funds are counted under the bonus wagering rules.
• julibd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.
• VIP cashback and special promotional offers have their own applicable terms.

5.4 VIP Program

julibd's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your gaming activity and loyalty.

6.1 Game Operation

All games available on julibd are operated by third-party software providers. These include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, and other reputable providers. These providers ensure the integrity and fairness of their games.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to internet disconnection, server issues, or any other technical fault, the issue will be resolved based on data stored in the system. julibd's decision in this matter shall be considered final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed on the game page. julibd reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any account.

6.4 Software Use Restrictions

The use of automated bots, scripts, or AI assistance in gaming is strictly prohibited. If the use of such tools is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on julibd:

• Operating an account for or enabling access by minors (under 21 years of age).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Manipulating the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.

julibd may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Provision of false information.
• Violation of age-related conditions.
• Long-term inactive account.

8.2 User Rights

You may at any time contact our support team to request closure of your account. It is possible to withdraw a valid balance before the account is closed (subject to KYC and wagering requirements being met).

8.3 Inactive Accounts

julibd reserves the right to impose a maintenance fee on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The duration of inactivity and the fee amount will be communicated separately.

julibd makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, julibd will not be held responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or failure to protect their information.
• Financial losses related to gaming — gaming is entirely at personal risk.

In any circumstance, julibd's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
